- 1 1/2 lbs potatoes cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 4 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 450º.
Place a large baking sheet into the oven.
Toss together all the ingredients.
Spread out the potatoes on the baking sheet into a single layer.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Flip the potatoes over.
Bake for another 15 minutes, until potatoes are lightly browned and crispy.
