Baked Salt and Vinegar Potato

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs potatoes cut into 1/2 inch strips
  • 4 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp  salt
  • 1/8 tsp  black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 450º.
  2. Place a large baking sheet into the oven.
  3. Toss together all the ingredients.
  4. Spread out the potatoes on the baking sheet into a single layer.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Flip the potatoes over.
  7. Bake for another 15 minutes,  until potatoes are lightly browned and crispy.
  8. Serve with any main course or enjoy as a snack.
