- 1 cup tamarind pulp
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala/All spice
- Ginger powder 1 teaspoon
- Put all the ingredients of tamarind chutney in a pan and simmer on low heat until all ingredients are combined and forms a tick sauce like consistency.
- Set aside to cool.
- Serve with any appetizer.
