Green Chutney

Ingredients

 Garlic 2-3 cloves

Ginger 1 teaspoon (crushed)

Green chilies 6-8

Onion 1 medium (roughly chopped)

 Cumin seeds  ½ tsp

Salt ½ tsp or to taste

Mint leaves 1 Cup

Coriander/Cilantro leaves 1 bunch

 Water as required

Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons

Method

  1. In blender,add all the ingredients except water.
  2. Blend well add a little amount of water each time until reduced to paste and no chunks are left.
  3. Serve with any appetizer.
